Nav\u00edc se \u010dlov\u011bk po sportovn\u00edm v\u00fdkonu c\u00edt\u00ed mnohem l\u00e9pe a m\u00e1 lep\u0161\u00ed kondici, co\u017e je dal\u0161\u00ed nesporn\u00e1 v\u00fdhoda. Vybrat si spr\u00e1vnou pohybovou aktivitu ale b\u00fdv\u00e1 n\u011bkdy slo\u017eit\u00e9. Nechcete-li riskovat, vyberte si sk\u00e1k\u00e1n\u00ed. Ne v\u0161ak na pevn\u00e9 zemi, ale na n\u011bkter\u00e9 z modern\u00edch trampol\u00edn Goodjump.cz, kter\u00e9 jsou dnes standardn\u011b k dost\u00e1n\u00ed v mnoha verz\u00edch.  Zabav\u00ed  Pro valnou \u010d\u00e1st lid\u00ed je ale lep\u0161\u00ed nazout si tenisky a vyb\u011bhnout ven k \u0159ece, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b do parku. To funguje ale pouze u ji\u017e vysportovan\u00fdch jedinc\u016f. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed trp\u00ed velkou nadv\u00e1hou, obvykle necht\u011bj\u00ed sportovat mezi ciz\u00edmi, a i kdyby cht\u011bli, b\u011bh\u00e1n\u00ed pro n\u011b nen\u00ed z mnoha d\u016fvod\u016f vhodn\u00e9. Nav\u00edc se nejedn\u00e1 o kdov\u00edjak z\u00e1bavnou \u010dinnost, zat\u00edmco sk\u00e1k\u00e1n\u00ed na trampol\u00edn\u011b je docela sranda. Ov\u0161em sranda, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 se zatracen\u011b hodn\u011b zapot\u00edte. Netr\u00e9novan\u00e9 t\u011blo dostane zabrat u\u017e po prvn\u00edch dvou t\u0159ech minut\u00e1ch, nato\u017e pak po deseti nebo patn\u00e1cti. Proto je vhodn\u00e9 neza\u010d\u00ednat na za\u010d\u00e1tku \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 slo\u017eit\u00e9 sestavy a soust\u0159edit se pouze na klasick\u00e9 cviky pro za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edky.
